Re: **** IHS top-up **** urgent

What was the amount in GBP you paid? Not everyone on the forum knows the difference currencies, we only use GBP when advising. The IHS for a 2 year 9 month spouse visa is £3,105 for one applicant. So how much in ££ did you pay with the application? £1987.79 So you haven't paid enough and need to pa...

Are you sure the original payment went through and did not get stuck in pending and then rejected?

Re: last extension allowed under T1

I think dependents can take as many extenstions as they wish. as long as main applicant is either holding tier 1 or has converted it into ILR The OP has not stated his current immigration status. If OP holds a Tier 1 Ent, the dependent cannot apply for an extension that extends beyond the main appl...

Re: ILR to BRP

You will need to find evidence. The reason this is asked for, is to determine and verify that you have NOT been absent for 2 or more years and therefore possibly lost your ILR status. And yes, UKVI do check this rigorously due to ILR holders using ILR as a 'visa' to just pop in and out of the UK vis...

Re: Proof of Living in the UK + Referee form

That is all you need, full passport(s) copies.

Any other residence documents such as council tax, are only for those under the EU &EU Family route as their passports don't get stamped.

Re: Proof of Living in the UK + Referee form

Thank you, I will submit a full copy of all three passports then. I thought council tax would be easier / less documents. The ukvcas process isn't helpful as it just asks for "Proof of living in the UK for ** NAME ** for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of ...

Apply using married name as in the new passport. Marriage cert indicates previous name. There wont be any issue.

Will the baby need pbs dependent visa like his mother Yes. there is a way to apply for citizenship directly? Re: Can my employer try and revoke my ILR

I just want to be sure there is nothing my current employer could do to try and revoke my ILR?
No they cannot. Only UKVI can revoke ILR and it would have to be something pretty big for them to do that, ie deception, serious criminal offences etc.

2. She doesnt need a letter. She only fills the absence information in the form. Thats it.

3. None if your employment documents are needed, at all.

4. Misread. No issues re child benefits. Unsure about child care. Are these child care vouchers tbrough your employer or aonething else.
