Re: Child Dependant Visa

1. Please do not tag your questions onto other members topics. It is considered rude. Post split to your own topic.

2. You cannot travel out of the UK while an application is pending. If you do, the application will be considered withdraw and you lose your visa fee paid.

Re: Tourist visa for my parents

How long did they stay last time and what duration did they put in their visitor visa application? What ties do they have to their home country? You risk them being returned to their home country if the IO is not satisfied that they are genuine visitors arriving with only a one way ticket into the UK.

Re: Proof of Living in the UK + Referee form

I'm currently filling in the naturalisation application as the spouse of a British citizen. My questions are: - It asks for Proof of Living in the UK for the past 3 years but states household bills and bank statements are not suitable. Is there a specific number of documents that need to be provide...

English B1 is mandatory and there would have been a question asking.

Please make sure you are completing set lr and not any other form. It is the simpler route to apply for 10 years long residence.

So be clear on what exactly you have applied, supply the link where you started the application. i have sub...
