No.

Re: 10 year Parent Leave - Dependent Child Costs

It clearly says the child needs 1 year in private life visa. This is regardless of them already being here for 7 uears. It isnt an option of either one or the other.

Section 3(5) registration has absolutely no relevance to your circunstances.

Re: EUSS settled status, loss of EU citizenship

From the list of documents I need to hand in for the citizenship application, I have my biometric card plus UK photo driving license. This is sufficient in place of the German passport. This is my understanding. You need the passport. Can i ask why you would choose SA citizenship and pasaport over ...

Re: ILR submit online application from outside UK, attend biometrics within UK

1. The form won’t allow you to put a future date in the form. Why not simply wait till you are back and apply, which is the correct process. The application date is the date you submit and pay online and all information must be true and correct on that date. 2. It isn’t hard if you are willing to ke...

Re: ILR submit online application from outside UK, attend biometrics within UK

1. You need to apply in the uk and honestly declare all absences in the form. How will you do that if you are still absent from the uk? 2. Super priority is not an "appointment". It is a service, if available, from ukvi. The appointment is for biometrics only, with a third party agency and has nothi...

There is only one process, an extension. There is no such thing as 'updating' a visa. It is a new CoS and a visa extension.

Re: Leaving the country while a citizenship application is processing

Note, naturalisation is not an immigration application and is not governed by immigration rules. Your immigration status is in place until you become British, BRP application is totally separate. Thanks for the help, i understand my ILR will remain valid no matter what, but I'm just thinking that i...

Re: Leaving the country while a citizenship application is processing

You are being paranoid and overthinking.

Remember, a bRP replacement application can take up to 6 months as you have already been advised and will also only be valid (if issued) till 31 December 2024.

No there is not. The only applicants who dont have to wait 12 months are children under 18 and people married to British citizens.

Re: Naturalising as a British Citizen

We all are dependant upon my father
There is no dependency concept for citizenship. Each applicant regardles of age, must meet the requirements on the own.

You will also need the English B1 and LIUK tests for when you can apply once you have held ilr for 12 months.
