Re: ILR for Tier 2 dependent (child)

But your husband IS NOT being granted ILR at the same time as you. Yes your kids are YOUR PBS Dependents but they WILL follow the same route as the other parent who was granted PBS Dependent visa at the same time as the kids. There are no appeal rights, so not sure why you think you can appeal. 319J...

Re: Engaged partner coming to UK

Please post in your own topic rather than tagging onto another members thread. It is considered rude and isn't fair to the original poster. True but my question directly relates to the previous post, where it was stated that TB test might be required. Would be very helpful if you can elaborate on w...

They will follow the same path as your husband. Did you miss the bit about pre 9 July 2012 in the para you highlighted? You need to read the whole applicable paragraph not only the bit you feel is appropriate.

In my understanding, since the visa is only valid for 6 months, such test is NOT required. Thanks Please post in your own topic rather than tagging onto anoth...

What you have quoted is for a Section 3(5) citizenship application which is NOT applicable to you as your child applies under section 3(1) which is an application at discretion. Read further on, page 29.

Re: TIER 2 to ILR - employer absence letter

There is no 'template' letter and you should never use a 'one size fits all' template for things when dealing with HO. Your employer simply needs to list/state your absences etc.

Don't forget you also need a letter stating '...you are required in your position/job role for the foreseeable future'.

Re: ILR 2009- English Qual for BC ?

No you are not exempt from the English requirement. You will need to do the B1 test at an HO approved test provider OR use a UK degree OR get ELA from NARIC if you have a foreign degee OR are from an exempt country on HO's list.

Any reason why the bank branch cannot print your statements for you?
