You don't state your current salary or potential lower salary. Remember that for ILR you must meet the £35,000 at present and from April 2018 it is £35,500.

Likely FLR(FP) 10 year route, which means 4 X 2.5 year visas before she will qualify for ILR.

Re: Applying for a Spouse Visa - Current one Active

If you did not report the separation to HO, no point in doing so now. When did spouse leave the UK? When did spouse visa and for how long? Was this on the spouse visa or a visitor visa? What date exactly does the spouse visa expire? What evidence of communication do you have while spouse has been in...

Re: T1 entreprenure ext already applied on 2th march 2017?

For ILR LR if you have a missing passport, you are required to submit a selection of documents covering the entire period the lost passport was still with you for up to the date of your new passport. This is things like bank statements, NHS letters, HMRC letters, Tenancy agreements etc. Read the for...

Not everyone (most members on the forum) is fortunate enough to not need a pre approved visa to travel to the UK, as is the OPs case. Lets stick to the topic and issue the OP has and who has already advised the likely cancellation of their trip to Spain.

2- If application date is 10/01/2018, so upto max 2 years is 10/01/2016 : is this correct ? This one - 2 years counting backwards from date of extension application. Remember that there used to be a 2 year validity spouse visa category before ILR could be applied for and there are still some people...

Re: NTL to BRP Postal Application

When I had to replace my daughters BRP a couple of years ago, it took about 5 months from date of applying to receiving the correct BRP (HO sent the wrong visa category with the first BRP they sent). We had to cancel a holiday to our home country due to this. I believe there is a same day service fo...

Applying for a longer term visa does not mean she can stay for more than 180 days out of 12 months.

You are working from your home country so effectively living outside the UK. Even less reason for HO to exercise discretion with your absence levels.

It really makes no difference under which section she applies, the end result is the same, there is no benefit or quicker decision if she applies 6(2) for example.

so need advise on category to apply. When checking out eligibility on the gov site:- it separates out applying as partner of settled person to British citizen. It is the same visa category regardless of ILR/BC status. If you’re on the 5-year route you’ll need to prove you have at least: £18,600 for...

I wonder if airlines have any responsibility for non visa nationals who arrive in UK needing BRP and don't have one? Won would think not, how can they know you need a BRP? The airline staff know which countries need a pre-approved visa to enter the UK and face huge fines for allowing passengers to ...

You should use the official HO book.

Not difficult if you read the book and use the test question apps.
