There is no 180 absence limit for spouse visa holders.

You simply declare any absences of two weeks or more in the form.

You can use any postage packaging, you pay for whatever you want use. It is entitely up to you. It is not provided as part of the service.

There is NO proof of residence required for passport applications.

I have merged OPs topics. One has to ask why birth were registered so late and it would certainly bring into question whether the child is actually the OPs.

She can apply for citizenship as soon as she gets ilr provided she meets the requirements.

Her route to ilr is irrelevant.

Date of departure and date of return dont count as absence. Only whole days are counted.

All passports are processed in the uk. Years ago they were processed by embassies
