Re: Tier 2 General Visa Extension

1. No, but visa will be required if traveling.

2. No, not if there is no plan to travel.

3. No, as long as you can prove subsisting marriage and frequent contact etc.

Thanks in advance.
Isn't that exactly what I said in my post.

Why are you sending copies? You have to send the original passports.

Re: Tier 2 General Visa Extension

You will need to apply for an extension.

You cannot apply for ILR if you do not have 5 years minus 28 days residence. 7 month gap is too big.

Re: Clarification about 21 days rule on the approval letter

She should book the ceremony before she travels to ATTEND once she returns.

If she doesn't attend the ceremony within 90 days, she risks having her certificate returned to HO and she will have to apply and pay again.

Something so important that she has worked towards and she wants to risk it.

Re: Urgent Help .. PEO end of week

You need 6 months payslips and 6 months bank statements.

If you do not have what the form clearly states is the requirement, you are risking a refusal.

We also work and have families. We don't sit online waiting for posts to pop up asking for advice. Lodge an appeal, and hope that it does buy you the 6 months you think it will (given that your delay tactic has already not worked). If you reach the time and are ready to apply FLR(M), you will have t...

Re: When to Apply - Timelines

It is calculated from date of entry.

You should ideally apply closer to the expiry date if you are applying in person.

If you apply by post, the new visa issue date will be when the application is decided. It does not just run of from the current expiry date.

Re: Child British Passport - Born after Naturalisation

Your baby is automatically British. You only need to send your naturalisation certificate to prove your are British before the birth. You can apply for the fast track passport for the child, it takes about 1 week.

Thank you for the acknowledgement of what we try to do.

FLR(M) is the correct form and she will be on a new 5 year route (2 x 2.5 year visas) to ILR.
