Re: ILR 5yrs UKSpouse - Current Travel Document Expired (No Passport)

Usually, there guidance publication for any application, but for some reason, I can't find anything for ILR application. The paper forms and guidance have been archived as they are no longer in use, links below. There is no 'online' guidance notes. https://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/2018100...

Correct. However you don't upload as part of the online UKVI application form. You upload after y...

Re: Advice on Mother-In-Law Application 3+ years

Indeed, that is exactly what it says on INIS. http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/short%20stay%20visas%20(less%20than%203%20months) Policy for considerat...

Re: Question re who does my child normally live with? - SET (LR)

Q1) I entered the UK on the 2/9/2010, so I assumed that I complete 10 years on 2/9/2020, in which case If I apply 28 days before, would be today (6th of August). Is that right? I saw so many posts about how to calculate that I got confused. I was thinking to apply on Saturday 8/8 just to be assured...
