Section 2 simply state date of birth.

Not sure what section 3 is in the online form. You need to state it as we don't have sight of every form online.

You need to explain your circumstances more if you expect any useful advice.

If you do not have sole responsibility for the child, you are unlikely to be successful with a child PBS dependent visa.

Re: Permanent residence card necessary before applying for citizenship?

No you don't but with Settled status, you have to wait the full 12 months before you can apply for citizenship. PR can be backdated if you have a 5 year qualifying period more than 1 year ago. Settled status is not back dated. Can you PLEASE keep ALL your questions on the same application in ONE top...

Re: Is cooling period applicable if didn't leave UK (T2 Gen to PBS Dep to T2 Gen)

Q1) Am I eligible to apply for the Tier 2 General visa now? No. Q2) Does cooling period of 12 months apply in my case? Yes it still applies. You need 12 months on the dependent visa. Q3) If it applies, when will the cooling period end so I can apply for the visa? Once you have held a PBS Dependent ...

Re: Help with MN1 Form

Why do you need your passport if you don't have ILR. You only needs the parent who has ILR documents. Do you have a scanned copy of the childs passport?? No originals are sent to HO anymore. Remember also that it is not for the Nationality department to run around to find the documents at one of the...

You should have applied for your family when you did. https://www.gov.uk/tier-1-entrepreneur/family-members Family members Your family members (‘dependants’) can join you if you’re in the UK on this visa. Re: Help with MN1 Form

You cannot apply for MN1 until your ILR has been granted.

You need to upload your ILR BRP for MN1. You DO NOT need a letter explaining anything as you cannot apply for MN1 yet if either parent does not have ILR.

So you need to wait to hear back from HO on your ILR.

Are both children UK born??
