Re: Unusual Case

If it matters, I am descended from French Huguenots who lived in southern Germany for a couple hundred years before moving on to the Americas. Presumably, after a few hundred years, they were actually German nationals by the time they immigrated to America - how long ago was this? 400 years ago Thi...

Re: Other Countries in EU Immigration route through student

ok but getting tier 2 general is not easy to get like the PSW + TIER 1 + ILR route ? do you agree. Re: Help with Surinder Singh Route

Apart from the initial EEA FP application, where will your husband be when you apply for RC? He has to move ahead of you or with you and you will have to provide proof that he is living with you in the UK. Is it absolutely certain that you can't apply for a Tier 4 student visa from Spain? You are a ...

We fell down that hole (nearly) Think also it was 3 months rent up front, deposit AND 2.75 months rent to rental agent as the tenant pays this fee in Germany, not the Landlord.... Standard is: One month rent upfront, Deposit of three months rent Best to avoid agents, look for "Provisionsfrei". If t...

You know (from personal knowledge) that she will leave UK. She knows that from her personal circumstances. But the ECO has only the documents to go by....

So if I arrive in Germany with parents before 23 June and lets suppose we manage to get RC based on Self-Sufficiency or I find work, how would that apply to us.
