Re: Certificate of celibacy (Christian man and Muslim woman marriage)

Hi ALKB, no, she is single. But to prove that, isn't that what the certificate of no impediment is? Or how?? Because this is the one document we cannot get from Syria. Hi ALKB, yes you are right! How does she prove the 'any previous marriages or civil partnerships have ended'?

Kind regards,
NIck
Well, if there was a previous marriage or civil partnership, then she'd have to provide a divorce certificate.

I thought your fiancée had never been married?

Re: Certificate of celibacy (Christian man and Muslim woman marriage)

F) Yes, 2 years of living together is one of the requirements in the UK for the fiancee visa and there is a lot more to talk just on this matter. You are confusing this with the UK unmarried partner visa. For the UK fiancée visa, there is no co-habitation requirement, the requirement is to have met...

Re: EU-member moving to Germany with non-EU spouse

Travel together with a one way ticket. You might be asked to prove that she is your spouse. So it might be an idea to register your marriage beforehand in your country of nationality. Once you are in, register as a resident exercising your right of free movement and your spouse gets to have a 5 yea...

It can be difficult to find an insurance provider who will be willing to voluntarily insure them at all. If you do find one, it will be expensive. If the parents are dependant article 2 section 2b of 2004/38 make them to family members in the sense of the directive. Family members need no health in...
