In here they have not mentioned that employee must show this or a self-employee must show this net profit You are perhaps right! When the CW has considered part of your earnings as valid earnings being director of limited company, the question is why didn't he considered the net profits from busine...

Have you drawn any salary from the business? If yes, paid Class 1 NI on it? Or you have just drawn dividend/shown profit from the business?

Yes, the case was self employed. Even if you are combination of employed+self employed you may still be affected and the decision may not be made same day.

Postal applications may take 2-3 months. If you are not comfortable with waiting time, then try booking at another PEO (Croydon, Solihul etc)

Hi Ali,

If the letter is dispatched yesterday, then perhaps its better to wait until monday and to provide the Home office reference number on the biometric letter. It is for sure a different number than on the acknowledgement letter.

Hi Ali, Please read this expreience: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=94983 It appears that the reference number on the acknowledgement letter is "irrelevant". Thanks Sushdmehta for the correction! Indeed ECB9.4 validity of entry clearance rule on the UKBA website that you have forwarded seconds what you are saying. I wasn't aware of this interpretation of UKBA of visa issue date to be same of visa valid from date.

Re: Cant remember the date of application

D3. What date was the entry clearance or visa issued? This is the valid from date on your original EC visa in your passport (& not the date you submitted your visa application to the consulate or the date you entered the UK). And how is cs95tdg not correct in what he has posted? It is the most stra...

Re: Cant remember the date of application

This is the valid from date on your original EC visa in your passport (& not the date you submitted your visa application to the consulate or the date you entered the UK). Hi cs95tdg, i am afraid this is not always correct. When applying, the date when you submit the application is your date of app...
