I'll apply for ILR (10 year basis) in few months time. As HO takes 3-4 months to process the application, my current visa (Tier 2 General) will expire within this waiting period. My employer told me they will require some form of document that says I'm eligible to work, in order to continue my job ...

Hi guys. If you have sent return envelop to HO ..you can check royal mail for any status change ....
