Re: Should you really be here?

I am posting this to start a thread to openly discuss the topic, but not to accuse or question particular individuals, but more to have different insights from many different people. Do you ever feel you deserve to be here, utterly, because someone you know have residency of LR for reasons you just...

So I finally decided to get the typo in my ILR letter fixed by sending it to them and now they say they don't give out letters any more and I have to apply for a NTL stamp instead. Which of course is impossible as I still have no passport to stamp as previously mentioned and without any photo ID (s...

Re: Expediting Tier1 Extension

Hello, Is it possible to expedite a case even before receiving the biometric letter? I sent my application through post on 14-Dec and received acknowledgement letter on 19-Dec. I know currently it's taking 6 - 8 weeks (not for all the cases may be) for receiving biometric letter. My Visa expires on...

If you are genuinely Self-Employed you should not need to pay a consultant to make up invoices for you.

I assume that by applying (and being granted) Tier 1 from oversea's, you thought that you would no longer be refused under deception.

Your chances of winning an appeal because of Cambridge College of Learning are very slim. Many people have lost their appeals.

What most applicant's don't understand is that Oversea's Income (especially Self-Employed) is looked upon with extreme scrutiny. I advise my client's to look at it from a UKBA perspective. If you have been granted 2 or 3 years under Tier 1 initially using Oversea's income, then you have that same am...

I have mentioned only the services i m providing which are covered under the legally ambient parameters. I can sue for Defamation if any one write negative comments unless he has ...

What should I do now further any hope.pls help me Unfortunately, your options are very limited. If possible, I would send the certificate back to the UKBA as requested and await the decision from the caseworker. If you are given a right of appeal, then you would need to collate a solid defense. Re: Protest in Front of UKBA - Croydon - PEO

Hi Guys, I was thinking that the one who are effected from PEO IT Issues and paid huge amount of fees and then still end up with nothing at the end and waiting for the decision. Should we not just decide one day and time and meet there outside the UKBA / Croydon office and show our concerns. UKBA w...

I'm curious about something. I know the PSW has closed for good but why would it have made such a BIG difference in the amount of applications? If someone had enough points to qualify would they had applied anyway whether it was closing or not? I think its just an excuse. Now the olympics visas i u...

You must realise that Post-Study has now closed.

As such, everyone had applied before the route ceased. This will have resulted in a backlog of applications and I imagine that as UKBA is a government department, then it will be short staffed.

I suggest being patient.

Totally agree & support the views of twon2is7 & manta. Waste of public funds and a nuisance for us. End of. Perhaps the fact that the BRP reduces the amount of fraud surely is better in the long run? Afterall, a sticker in your passport can be easily forged. Which can lead to identity theft, human ...

ok to get this straight - every other country I need a passport to enter and exit .... except for the UK. I will need my passport AND BRP? Is that correct? So not only is this a country that still issues TWO licenses (a picture card and paper license) now they require TWO travel documents ..... all...
