Re: ILR- Tier2 - P60's DO NOT MATCH COS!

Hello @Tallat Mine is not exact case but got similar doubt? i m on Tier-1(General) and requested HMRC employment history recently. For recent financial yr 2014-2015, i switched job/employer, and there is mismatch between P60 and HMRC record, but i got refund from hmrc for that yr, still refund is no...

Re: FAQ - consolidating knowledge about recent Tax discrepan

@kirankhalil75
make sense now, since even HMRC won't give you history for last financial yr of 2015-2016, but only for years before apr-2015.
Seems like HMRC doesn't update for recent year

Re: FAQ - consolidating knowledge about recent Tax discrepan

never noticed till most recent post in this forum highlighted fraudulent P60. I personally never failed to get P45/P60 from employers, and have all from last 5 yrs, but now really shocked to know some employees are fooled with fake P60s/payslips. My real objective of thread is to understand particul...

FAQ - consolidating knowledge about recent Tax discrepancies

Based on recent cases, in this forum, of ILR being rejected based on tax discrepancies, i am trying to understand specific scenarios where this is happening and thus helping future applicant where to look for gaps. Following are my understanding, feel free to correct/acknowledge: 1) UKVI checks Prev...

Re: ILR LR refused because employer did not pay tax

Ahmed Were you given fraudulent p60???  Employer thought of going to this extent with effort to steal your tax money?? Never heard such thing. I always assumed p60/p45 to be 100% reliable? You appear to live a somewhat sheltered life...as Geriatrix has commented, it happens! But I ad...

already discussed and in fact hotly debated in thread: http://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/point-based-calculator-going-away-t205044.html I am in same situation like you who have already proved ELA in previous Tier-1(G) entry & extension, so this change really confused me and...

Re: Point Based Calculator going away

i have to go with UKVI whims and fancies No is forcing you to apply for ILR. You can leave the UK if you wish to. Well CR001, i don't want to change direction of topic, and i heard this statement of "no one forcing me, and i can leave" from fellow immigrants umpteen times. But last thing i want to ...

Re: Point Based Calculator going away

it would have been convenient if Tier-1(G) forum was locked/removed. I will no longer talk about it. Re: Point Based Calculator going away

geriatrix firstly thanks for reply and to make discussion clearer, we have now realized the mistake of looking for Tier-1(General) instead of settlement option. Therefore, i could see NARIC allows registration/processing with settlement option. secondly, i am still not sure if rules are not changed ...

Re: Point Based Calculator going away

Hi Devil81 yes, Tier-1(General) is not listed in NARIC, that is why we need to select Visa and Nationality AND Settlement option to process UK NARIC application not based on Tier-1(General)? this works same in case of SELT? I am getting familiar with NARIC process now, but IELTS SELT is still very m...

Re: Point Based Calculator going away

Thanks for replying @Devil81 even i mentioned in first comment in this thread that NARIC FAQ also DON'T list Tier-1(General) in their service? But selecting Settlement option may be way to get certified from NARIC. Even if i assume Tier-1(General) don't need any NARIC or SELT certification, there is...
