The other guy replied correctly. Just one thing to add. HO now ask for original LIUK certificate. My NCS gave me a photocopy of it back for my records. But to be on a safer side. Take a photocopy of it yourself incase NCS staff forgets to give you one. Also, to re-iterate... NCS only do photocopies ...

You don't need to be working all the time in 10 years. Employment is not a requirement for British Citizenship. Nothing to worry at all. Employment is not a requirement for British Citizenship. My wife has got 3 years gap between her present job and the previous job. NCS lady had no concerns about it.

Just make me wonder though. How come March and April applicants are still waiting and June applicants have started getting results. Anyone know how the cases are dealt by Home-office?
