Yes, there should be a way to rank the answers according to their usefulness. But many people won't even know what is useful and what is not. If they knew what was useful, then many of them won't be asking such questions in the first place. Anyways, For your child you will need this form. http...

JAJ is going to give an expert opinion. But as he has already said, the answer lies in south african nationality laws. If according to south arfican laws your father became a south african citizen by default, even when he was not in south africa, then its end of road. If somehow he did not become so...

Very interesting JAJ. My eyes have opened up to how complex nationality law can be. After looking at your posts and looking at the flow charts of nationality, it seems the whole case rests on whether OP's father became South African citizen by default or not. If he did not, then OP will have right o...

Many a times it seems that nursery kids are asking questions.

You state what you are.

If you are unemployed then you can only say your are unemployed.

There is no requirement to be in employment to get naturalised.

Re: A letter from your partner’s employer certifying that

I am filling out the SET(M) form for my wife, and was wondering if this was a mistake in the application, as it doesnt appear to make much sense In the section "Knowledge of language and life in the UK" it asks to tick the box "A letter from your partner’s employer certifying that you have sufficie...

Hi, Could you help me about referees for the citizenship (AN form)? Can you tell me which of these referees are acceptable? Currently what can see as referees are: 1) A despatch manager (used to be my manager) in a different departement in the same company as me. (British) 2) A professional transla...

Also Pakistanis and Pakistani imams are reckless and irresponsible. How on earth an Imam travels to Italy and performs a Nikah and gives a certificate? Normally or usually or mosque stamp or mosque imam or a church cleric or anyone else is not the issue. The issue is what law regards as a marriage. In pakistan, they will only accept a Nikah if its done by a Qazi who is authorised. According to Islamic faith any anyone of standing can perform a Nika...
