Did the OP state in his opening post that he was referring to spouse of a British citizen? He only referred to "non-EEA spouse" and "she"! In his second post he mentions "spouse on citizenship", which also leaves a lot to be imagined. You are assuming that the person in question is a spouse of Brit...

last 12 months mean last 12 months from date of application. when you want to apply just count 12 months backwards. and see how many fpn's you have been given in that period.

I do not know what the current waiting times are. But if they say that a certain application takes 6 months then if you make any enquiries before 6 months then you will just get a standard reply "application under consideration". No point asking them to speed up the process as they cannot be expecte...

I apologise for using such harsh language. I may be totally wrong, but I find baffling how people make such basic errors on such an important matter. You migt have missed the obvious, but I doubt you checked the form and it matched word to word. The valid from date of the form is clearly mentioned o...

I just cannot believe how people can be so complacent and careless about such an important matter. I wish you good luck, but sending an application form which is weeks out of date is nothing short of pure stupidity.

None of the two matters you have mentioned has any effect on naturalisation application. To explain why Speeding charge was dropped in lieu of speed awareness course, end of the matter. Imagine nothing happened. Bus lane PCN: First of all, fixed penalty notices do not need to be disclosed. And most ...

Would be simpler if you do another marriage with your spouse, thus legalising the marriage under uk law. The question came in a post about religious marriage in India when one party was still married under UK law. The simple solution to this problem could be to do another civil marriage in India aft...

@asim 72 fine article 8 is not an absolute right. Whatever measures or in my case rule ukba takes to refuse or grant article 8 applications are still in place till 9th of july. The question here is not about if article 8 is absolute right or not. The simple thing is that such application is outside...

You can still be considered on article 8 ground under the existing rule if you apply before 9th of july. If you qualify under the existing rule you ll be granted 3yrs discretional leave to remain and still be considered under the the old rule continuous to ILR even if application is decided after 9...

They do not ask you any questions, and there is no questionaire as such.
There can be a million things that can come up during an appeal and every single case is different.

There are no magic words that you can say during the hearing which guarantee success.

I think only a very good expert could comment on this in detail and give a definitive answer. She either has to apply as spouse of PBS migrant or spouse of a person presen...

The appeal could only be granted on article 8 grounds. Appeal could not be granted on rules as the application is clearly outside the rules in the first place. Also 10 years route to settlement is only when the applicant meets the stricts article 8 "yardstick" approach as defined in statement of int...
