Mine got Decided today and it says "The decision has been posted to you. We cannot discuss this discussion online or by phone. If you don't receive your decision within 10 working days, you can phone us and we will look into this for you". No date specified. Is this wording common? Anyone with a sim...

Re: Tier1 (Gen) Dependant to ILR

My wife got the ILR last week based on above documents. :D

Even though there is no earning requirement, there is a section on finance to show that we are self sufficient and don't claim any state benefits.

Thanks

Thanks alterhase58. Ahh...now I get it. As the referee details have already been captured on AN form they are not required on the passport form. They are only required for other application routes (i.e. not the NCS/JCAP route). Anyways I have already got it on my form so I'm not bothering to replace...

Re: SelfEmployment Profit falls in two financial years

Hi I had a case where my profits as per self-assessments submitted to HMRC were more than the profits claimed in previous Tier 1 (General) extension and the earnings used for extension fell between two tax periods. Re: Filling Form SET (O) Version04-16

Hi

It's Section 13, page 86 of the form (version 04-16) if the account with the utility company is in the joint names of the applicant and other people (dependant in your case).

That's how I would interpret.

Thanks
