Main and dependant separate application

Hello all
Greetings

I am just wondering if the dependant can apply few days later after main applicant’s application? Can we? Or the applications must be lodged at the same time.

please help me if anyone have done similar before or have any relevant information on this.

Hello friends We parents will qualify for 10 yrs by mid 2019 but our child doesn’t qualify as he entered late. We do have T1E visa where we all qualify in 2020.
