I think, all these three are automatically met and we do not need to send it again, IF we have submitted them in our previous application, please correct me guys, if I get it wrong.

Yeah, pre 6 April, transitional arrangement provision allows you to have total equivalent of 24 months of employment creation by any combination. You seem accomplished this by your 1st, 2nd and 3rd staff. 4th is extra, its up to you whether you want to submit him/her or not. Your solicitor is wrong...

Well, it sounds that that's their fault anyway [assuming they have lost them].

Still better to communicate with UKVI precisely what are lost and whether you needed to supply them or not..... keeping the ex-gratia compensation process aside, which you can carry along afterthat.
