British Citizenship is a Privilege ; not Right

you already have right to stay in this country for as long you wish. No need to apply for British Citizenship now. You can apply when you have enough funds in few years time

Guys relax . Home Office is not giving priority to Eu Settlement right now. UK is in crisis. Caseworker are human too . They are not machine. Not everybody can work from home as it is sensitive issue so they need to be in the office to use secure Home office IT terminal . So there will be delay ... ...

I am sorry since 2016 it's extremely difficult . You can still sponsor your mother under EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME but forget about others. It's near to impossible

I don't know who told you to apply under eu settlement. only married couple can apply under eu settlement with just marriage certificate. If you don't have marriage certificate then you should apply under EEA FREEMOVEMENT first . and if approved then UNDER EU settlement You don't need visa to apply ...

10 yrs not completed yet .. i would like to send my application for naturalisation in July but i remember i got the letter in august but can't remember when was the court hearing it was 30 or 60 days later. Yes this is what i will do just year only . thanks

I went to Magistrate court in between July - september in 2010 for travelling without valid ticket . i can't remember exact month or date. I need to mention the date in the application form. where can i find that information ?

I became a family member of EEA national by marrying my wife in May, 2012 therefore my legal stay started from then and not 2014 when I got RC. Very LUKCY i would say. Your 10 years continuous residence is broken The Upper Tribunal has held that the UNMARRIED non-EU partner of an EU citizen cannot start accruing time towards permanent residence status until they have a residence card So you were technically an illegal from 24/04/2018 - RC Issued date or 24/04/2018...

Exactly that's why i mentioned UKRC .. EEA RC can be article 10 issued in another country like Germany / and you can still travel with that to the UK but UKRC here i mean article 10 RC issued by the UK under eea law
