Thanks Nzekells for clarification, I do remember the UK's date so I will mention that and then will leave 10.15 as blank.

Continuous Period Calculation

Hello,

I have got a small doubt and will appreciate if somebody could clarify.

For SET(O) form based on 5yrs Tier 2 visa, do I need to specify Continuous Period Calculation somewhere in the form? Or through a separate covering letter?

Thanks.

Re: Issue with P60

For the issue with my P60, now I have requested for an employment history from HMRC. Any suggestions/advice if this will be sufficient and there will not be any need to submit the P60s. What checks do UKBA with regards HMRC (NI, tax, income etc.) for Tier 2 employees ? And what homework can I do to ...

Re: Issue with P60

Is P60 mandatory to be included ? Becasue of this issue, now I am thinking to avoid submitting P60, it might cause more damage than good. Is there any alternative document that would need to be submitted in case P60 is not submitted? e.g. bank statement for 5 years showing salary credits every singl...

Re: Issue with P60

Hi Anoop,

I am going to ask them but don't know whether I will get all this sorted out with the past & present employer before next month, which will be my ILR application month.
If this can be an issue with ILR, then I would need to postpone my ILR application date.

Thanks for your advice.

Issue with P60

hello, I am on Tier 2 and going to apply for ILR based on 5 years. I moved job in early 2014, so P60 for 2013-14 was issued to me from my current employer. Re: Premium Service booking

Hello,

I didn't understand the original post.

My understanding is that while booking for premium booking there is no requirement to fill the SET O form , we only need to fill the form manually (offline) and take along to the PEO on the day of appointment.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks.

Re: Can Tier 2 General apply 28 days advance for ILR?

Can somebody please clarify :- I understand that 28 days can be calculated from the visa issue date which can be different from the UK entry date. Between my first Tier 2 visa issue date and entry inot UK there was a gap of around one month. However, after two years, I moved to another sponsor and g...

Premium Appointment for ILR _ how many days in advance ?

Hello,

I know that as per the rules ILR cannot be applied more than 28 days in advance of finishing the qualifying period however is there any other rule which states the same for booking ?

How many days in advance booking can be made for Premium appointment?

Thanks.
