I don't understand why few RC holders feel hesitate when they travel alone? I thing this is because of media publicity/ukba interview videos. This is called mental toture,and I don't have any doubt that ukba successfully doing the above mentioned job on the foreign people and no body is stoping them...

Your wife is a worker so you don't need CSI
As you attached NHS card,if both NHS cards are on same address then it may be consider as a proof of address.In some cases NHS cards are acceptable as a proof address.

Firstly if divorce proceeding starts before 3 years of marriage then non EEA national unable to secure retain rights of residence,unless costudy of child.All other things which you are saying is your own thinking not EU regulations.

Then sent your wife's utility bills,tangency agreement etc and write a covering letter that you are residing with your wife.but why you are in hurry?your permit is valid for six months so apply before the expiry of your current permit and during this time you will get your proof of address as well

If you read EEA 2 form section 4.8 to 4.16,it will clear on you,what's is the requirements in case of death and left the uk.death is not your case so in other case if you have a costudy of child then no problem.In your situation only costudy of child will give you a chance to retain rights of reside...

If in oct 12 at the time of your application,your documents was based on less then two years relationships then your application is not up to the set requirement mentioned in EU regulations for durable relationships,and as far your information there is no child so far.so wait how the case worker dea...

If you explained in your application that your partner was pregnant and you are expecting baby then your case is in good position...do you know the delivery date?after delivery if you sent a birth certificate then this will be a very positive for your application
