With in 28 days if you leave the country voluntary then you will not consider as an over stay.remember this is not mentioned in EU directive.but under uk immigration rules,i.e tier etc,

Yes I know the solution of 1 and a half year gap in treaty rights,but you are un married partner so it will not work in your case.

If you are still married with your EEA national and your EEA national partner/spouse is a qualified person in the uk then you can apply RC again rather then to follow PR.and no body will deport you if you are a family member of a qualified EEA national person.unless public policy.

Ziko....simply report in police station and fill the new form and attach all required documents along with the covering letter in which explain that you lost your RC some where and reported in police station.
