Once your wife leaves the uk for three years then you have to apply for the confirmation of retain rights of residence otherwise you havo no right to reside in the uk.

As long as your wife is in uk and a qualified person you have no problem to travel aboard and then come back in the uk.thats all.

After ror no need for EEA nationals paper work but you need her paper work till divorce.once applied ror you will get new RC for five years.if your EEA national is a qualified person in the uk then you can travel.

It's up to you.but requirement is one year bills or bank statements and treaty rights of a EEA national during this period,most importantly treaty rights during the divorce proceedings.

Print out statements are not acceptable.its better if you request to your wife to ask HMRC for the national insurance record.but don't sent any print out as it is not acceptable.you divorced in oct 12 then after divorce who's paying this national insurance you from your account?it looks strange.

Pride?I don't thing so because ukba is not personal with any one.ten of thousands application are pending before ukba and many more on their way to ukba and your application was one of them,mostly ukba is not your enemy.case workers are very lenient unless they found some thing wrong in the document...

If you have a letter dated oct 12 from your wife's accountant in which accountant confirm this that your ex wife was still active in her work as a self employed then you are 100% fine.other documents are supporting documents.
