You are living in the UK.if you wants to import some thing then there is some taxes,costums etc.nothing is free in the uk.In France there is also somes taxes etc but not on humans.so if you are a British citizen and wants to marry out the Uk then yes there is some requirements i.e £ 18600 p.a income...

RC is just a confirmation of non EEA national status.so you are not illegal after this refusal.it is better to re apply with the supporting documents.UKBA,not legally bound to asked further documents.they can decide the application with the present documents.

You need to sent your most recent payslip,which shows that you are a qualified person after divorce.rest of ducoments are fine.

It looks that you are fine,if you proof that your ex wife was working during divorce procedings,i.e july12 till oct 12.but you also need to attach one year proof of residence,both of you resided in the uk.

Under EU route your cousin will loose the right to stay in the UK as his EEA national wife started divorce procedings just after 2.6 year,unless he is a father of EEA child.ILR?if your cousin is in this country legally for last 10 years then he may apply FLR.

It's better to fill section 6 rather then CSI.more then 10 hours a week is acceptable.No need to attach college letters if you are applying as a worker.
