If you have a letter dated oct 12 from your wife's accountant in which accountant confirm this that your ex wife was still active in her work as a self employed then you are 100% fine.other documents are supporting documents.

You can apply Somali travel documents by post as well,as per my knowledge,but this is non bio metric travel document and you need one local person who identify you in your passport office. Each RC/PR cost UKBA £ 82,so if they charge £ 55 then still UKBA lose £ 27 each application.RC/PR for EEA national should not be free.at least they have to pay the cost plus if ppl want speedy service then same day service with additional charges would be acceptable.
