Eea1 is optional. If you planning to ease the process of eea2 by getting 1st eea1 then why not you send both of the applications together. Eea1 takes considerably lower time than eea2. Just refer to eea2 application timelines section.

Their website in many occasion undergo maintenance. However, for eea1 application normally few months prior appointments are normally available which means applying by post is a better approach as because eea1 normally be processed promptly in contrary to eea2 (6 months).

But there is nothing automatic for non-eea national except be depend on eea national and his/her all activities are irrelevant. I'm confused by this comment, as the activities of the EU national are completely and solely relevant. The activities of the non-EU dependant are to merely have been in th...

yes lucpooka is right. Non-eea partner gets its rights from the activities of EEA partner and if EEA partner continuously perform these activities (eu treaty rights) for 5 years then EEA national automatically acquire the PR status. But there is nothing automatic for non-eea national except be depen...

Lamination does not always necessarily mean freezing the document in to plastic but also mean laminated pouches/laminated hard plastic covers and can easily be isolatable and presentable.

The inland revenue forms and ta...

It may give you a safer ground on your return as because you can argue that your application is already i...

Now why not you buy private health insurance and use your employment income to finance your eea national partn...

Any absence from uk up to 6 months does not break the mean of residence and based on this concept and the evidences such as marriage certificate and EEA's excercising eu treaty rights then there should not be any problem.
