i do not think that there is need to mention too much about divorce details/reason/history or personal story as you already have a formal divorce certificate that is absolutely a legal channel. Just be precise and relevant based on your current circumstances.
hope you understand.

Legally any time you can request back your passport but few people really had trouble in this forum who asked for their passports before getting coa on that reason as their application has not yet started to process and the whole documents returned.

If your EEA partner is working then you do not need any health insurance at all because its only for students/self sufficient cases. In now a days COA is taking 1-3 months, however there is an employer helpline to verify the employee right of work and you can tell your employer about that too.

Yes EEA2 application takes up to 6 months and sometimes even longer. After submitting EEA2 application you can request for your passport back and under EEA law it does not matter that your visa is expiring as long as your EEA partner must be excercising its eu treaty rights. You can travel and on yo...

Net result is already clarified regardless of further and further discussion/argumentative style. Eu national has automatic free right of entering and based on its activities(eu treaty rights) its none-eu partner is free from any restriction means no stamp.

It will be her choice.
LOGIC:
stamp never be placed on those who donot need leave to enter/remain in uk and if an eu national is excerising its treaty rights then his/her non-eu partner has no restriction on entering/living. it will be only her choice to request for stamp.
