Yes EEA2 application takes up to 6 months and sometimes even longer. After submitting EEA2 application you can request for your passport back and under EEA law it does not matter that your visa is expiring as long as your EEA partner must be excercising its eu treaty rights. You can travel and on yo...

Net result is already clarified regardless of further and further discussion/argumentative style. Eu national has automatic free right of entering and based on its activities(eu treaty rights) its none-eu partner is free from any restriction means no stamp.

It will be her choice.
LOGIC:
stamp never be placed on those who donot need leave to enter/remain in uk and if an eu national is excerising its treaty rights then his/her non-eu partner has no restriction on entering/living. it will be only her choice to request for stamp.

Any denial to accept the coa clearly indicates lack of information but if an employer gets another person already possessing work visa/rc will naturally give him its favour.

Why not you speak directly with the companies and based on your current position discuss about this gp requirement, hopefully they may tell you any other alternate route/criteria. The leading insurance providers are bupa, axa, aviva, tesco, simply health, etc.

its does not matter the title/name of insurance plan just make sure it covers all of your family members in majority of cases. Normally COA means Certificate of Application that is being issued upon the submission of EEA2 application but the other COA (certificate of approval) scheme now does not exist. Yes you can be self sufficient and must need to buy private health insurance. On internet you can search various companies...

If you have got the sufficient documentation regarding the excercise of EU treaty of EEA partner then any time you can apply EEA2 + EEA1 (Registration certificate/card). One set of documents will work for both applications.

But why you are forgetting as many of this forum participants have really been benefited even from their minor acts like this ones by writing/emailing/telephoning. I think if a result looks dubious then why not give try (gamble) some thing relating to it.

yes. this looks possible as you are saying that you are very near to hit 6 months and this visit maybe a sign to finalize this case within this 6 months time. Anyhow just wait for their reply and in case of refusal you can clarify these ground in appeal that why your EEA partner is out of UK?

In case of doubt/suspicion UKBA staff normally visit the address to verify the legality of relationship. Checking room cupboards, drawers etc. is their normal way for this purpose. It will not be wise to contact/approach them rather just be patient and wait their reply.

Yes you can support the EEA2 application but that type of marriage in absentia will unlikely be accepted or if accepted then may require some further evidences. £18600 income does not apply to EEA route applications. Moreover, your HMC contributions and accountant letter is fine but if you have got ...

yes you can apply because an EEA national can be self sufficient with the saving/wages income of any of its family member. There is no fixed amount for that and it is entirely depend on an individual case. However, be remembered to buy private medical insurance too.

Remember to know that for getting/holding EEA2 RC only the EEA national activities are counted, therefore the time spend unde...
