Re: Mother Family visitor visa rejected!!!! Pls Help

I applied for my mother family visitor visa and it got rejected like 3 weeks back. She has now rec...

Re: Friend died in UK, how to get parents attend his funeral

Community are funding his funeral/burial cost. No chance sending his body back to India. We are still sending a sponsor letter and hope it works. If not, then we'll accept it as destiny. Sorry to hear the loss. Would the Indian embassy help repatriating the body back home? Have you checked if there...

Thankyou for your reply. I can't have him take my child as he isn't responisble enough. There have been many cases where he has been present and the little one has injured himself because his father was too busy chatting to his 'female friends'. Careless. Also if he'd get custody he'd probably run ...

Hire a competent immigration solicitor to do anything with this application, as sponsor has a proven track record of otherwise. Please do not be discouraged. From what you written it seems that you have recklessly damaged the credibility of visa applications and the damage is persistent. By far is y...

I may be wrong but I reckon reading something = If the father is British by birth and child is to claim citizenship on father, then if there are doubts paternity test/s may be required. If the father's claim is genuine then it will be can of worms case. Reading between the lines, gut feeling is bitt...

Re: Regularizing status of a child: Which Form to use?

In my limited knowledge I would apply for Section 3(1) discretion as its in best interests of the child. In regards to good character above 10 years it should not be held against the minor who is not responsible for the decisions. Assuming that the only issue to be concerned of.
