Re: Countersigning passport applications

If you read correctly, if you haven't lived at your present address for 3 years then you have to mention previous address. This applies for counter signatory as well and counter signatory has to add this information on page 13 on MN1 and believe page 14 of AN1, where the blank page is provided for a...

Hi Ban.S, Thanks for your reply back. What else could we show for ties of country? My husband's aunt doesn't work or own property. His cousin works part-time for a small amount of pay, but we are not showing the pay slips for that as she doesn't have a bank account. I am worried that because they a...

Re: MN1 children refused, please help

The HO personnel have certainly been under pressure now to be strict and apply discretion carefully. In 2012 my friend applied with similar situation, work-permit holder then ILR, kid on ILR, wife on wp-dependant visa. He and his kid got Nationality without questions. But it was still on discretion...

Well, on the subject of your first sentence, we have thought about her simply applying for a visitor visa on her own without mentioning me or my family, which would be a significant change, I presume. And she would apply with a job this time as well Have a keen look in this guidance document and pl...

Thanks
If I were you I would send original bank statements and photocopy. (transaction print out on its own from internet banking are not acceptable). You wouldn't want to take another chance for this reapplication.

Re: Do previous rejections impact future visas?

Hello, Last year my girlfriend tried to get a general visitor visa for Christmas to visit with the family. However, she was rejected on the grounds that they didn't believe she had sufficient ties to China to return. I can't say it was a massive injustice as she had no job at the time, only savings...
