Re: urgent guidance on ILR

This case is becoming increasingly confusing to me. How can an offer be accepted, which essentially allows Home Office to refuse under the same provision. It makes no sense. So long as 322(1A) remains, you will continue to get refusal for up to 100 years. How can a competent person in good conscien...

Re: urgent guidance on ILR

I can't explain how I gone through in this period. It was like hell. Really sorry to hear and I can't imagine what you have been going through. I know the tensions we went through our own process and that was even with nothing that we really should have worried about. So I know the process is tense...

Re: urgent guidance on ILR

Home office removed para 320(7b) and deception but the reason they can't remove 322(1a) was because cos was actually false but given the evidence provided to police, home office n oisc. I edited my earlier response after you submitted these new posts. But your replies reinforces my interpretation. ...

You don't have the dates for the rejection and the AR in the main post. But, based on your HO letter which I assu...

It is, however, not an entry visa. The general condition is that if you get an entry clearance into the UK o...

Yes'm, I'm struggling to show below point, as Point 2 you mentioned 115k transferred from business A to business B without interfering personal account, how can I justify that under 200k? Is that the only thing you are struggling with - are the others ok ? The rules do not say that the transfer has...

Re: Entrepreneurship extension visa

You have obviously complicated things a lot by the way you set things up and operated it. So, irrespective of where you get to, this will likely be one application that will likely be under the HOs "complex" category. You have to satisfy HO of two things: 1) You have had access to the 200K you showe...
