Re: Dependent / partner of entrepreneur

Hi Zimba88. My partner is here as a Tier 1 Dependant and I am on an Entrepreneur visa. Her BRP states 'Restricted Work'. That contradicts what you stated above - are you sure, or could there be an error on her BRP? There would be additional info below the Restricted work - generally not as a Doctor...

1) As far as the employee hours are concerned, if there is 3 employees with 20 hours part time. So 3 x 20 x 52= 3120 hours in a year.. zimba confirmed it is counted like this... so here hours are counted above 30 towards completion of requirement....so why not in two employees upto 18 months. I can...

Re: Investment into business

Besides the email and IP similarity that CR001, even the question has some similarity. A lot of coincidence. My answer will also be similar. The money spent has nothing to do with immigration rules - it is the investment that matters. So, it may be useful if you can explain which part of the immigra...

Okay, So within 14 days either AR or fresh application, right? Right Can you explain this bit more please? Re: EEA National & Document Requirements

Wow, I can't understand why they are making these changes without transition period. On their website 1)it says you don't need PR to prove residence status and that 2)'if you already have a permanent residence document it won't be valid after the UK leaves the EU'. So now, getting a residence card/...

I was under the impression that EU identity card was sufficient and PR wasn't needed? I think some people on this forum have also applied with just EU ID for employees and extended successfully, is this wrong? Please clarify and point me to the relevant guidance Check Immigration rules Section 46-S...
