Re: Accelerated ILR ( 5 Million)

Thanks Marcnath for your clarification. For JOB A, I had two staffs for four months ( due to heavy work load, all full time around 140+ hrs a month) with the same JOB title. If this is confusing, I will not account that extra staff or change the Job title for that staff. Please share your thoughts....

Re: Credit sales: Tier 1 entrepreneur extension

Thank you Marcnath. I hope if they feel something is off, they hear me out and I can hopefully explain them. Can I also ask how much of a problem a failed business is? I mean I wouldn't call my business a failed business as its still running. But since I started about covid time there haven't been ...

Re: Credit sales: Tier 1 entrepreneur extension

Hi.. My Payroll have been running for 14-15 months and still running. Before that it was covid so ai couldn't really afford to have an employee! I hope they don't expect us to have employees from day 1 especially at the time of covid and cost of living crisis. That would be really foolish for my co...

Re: Credit sales: Tier 1 entrepreneur extension

Hi Marcnath. Thank you for you reply! I know its not a part of point based system. My investments, payroll are clear and easy but they also judge whether the business is genuine or not right. I have seen one application from 2016 on this forum who had a similar problem amongst few other problems an...

Re: Business loan term

Thank you for your quick reply. All investment funds have been spent. Then the business owners gave me a little money, and it was from the investment funds stated on the business account. So, I am a little worried about that. Kind regards H This would need a more specific look. But your statement s...

Re: Business loan term

Dear all, I have a question about the Business loan term. They are 5 years on the agreement. If the business owner repays a little money, such as 10,000 or 20,000 pounds, within three years, does it meet the visa renewal requirements? Thank you for your time. Kind regards H Strictly speaking it doe...

It appears you have found a solicitor who does not understand the rules. First and foremost - Investment is all about the money you invest IN TO the company. It is not about what it is spent on or what the balance in the accounts is. So it is only 215K in your case. I have no idea why you think the...
