Re: 2nd extension refused, help/advice needed plesae

The guidance says "Printouts of Employee Payment Records and, unless the ......". It is nor clear if you submitted the EPRs, which seems to be the primary requirement. With the P46 only being an additional evidence if the EPR does not have the starting date. Unfortunately, though the guidance talks ...

Re: Urgent - Document update to HO while Application in prog

On the issue of Document update, just wanted to share my experience. I submitted my application on 28th Feb 2017 and it was approved on 10th May 2017. During the process, I sent in two additional documents - one on 15th March (when I spotted an error in my employees' name between Payslip and Passpor...

Re: Job creation-British citizen living in EU

Interesting situation. I don't think there is anything against someone working remotely. The more important thing would be to have that person on UK Payroll, pay UK Taxes and NI and ideally have an UK address. i.e you are employing someone in the UK but allowing him to work from home (even if home i...

I am not an expert on this.

However I note that it says, "The details are used to generate the FPS". Documents that I had from both systems had words to the effect "Details of amounts paid ..."

Not sure if that makes a differnece.

On a related issue, you mentioned the FPS is not in the format the HO is expecting. I have not seen any specific format requested from HO, only that certain information should be there. I have two businesses and both had very different RTI format. And there is a definite challenge about the requirem...

Re: Being a director in a company with minority shareholding

From the guidance, it appears to be that: - For proof of money invested, you need to be a shareholder and/or director (for director loan purposes) - For proof of having employed people, the only test is that of being a director at the time of the employment Shareholding may be part of the entreprene...

Thank you. From the guidance, pre-April 2014 is still limited to the additional three examples - one job of 24 months, 18+6 months or 4 jobs of 6 months. Or do they continue to be flexible with other combinations - 13 months on one job and 11 on another ? Sorry I did not see previous answers. A foll...

Re: Another query on Job Creation - SIGH!

Zimba's reply does raise a question. If you have to look at it as weeks, then does it mean 52 weeks ? The requirement for a single job to go 12 months does bring some challenges - especially when you are in a start up when the requirements can change over time. I am assuming they made this interpret...

ILR application - continuing employee Vs. New employee

Hi, The guidance states that, to get points for employment, either the two employment previously reported should have continued for 12 months OR 2 New jobs should have been created for 12 months. How about one job that continued and one that is new. Logically that should still meet the objective of ...
