The calculation is from the entry date. Thanks a lot for quick reply. May I know the reason why we can,t start calculation from visa issue date as the time span allowed to travel to UK was within 90 days at that time NOT within 30. I am not debating, just want to know that why is it like that. Thanks

the sponsorship letter explaining your relation etc is mandatory . sponsorship undertaking FormSU07/12 is not required for spouse visa purpose. sponsorship undertaking Form SU07/12 is not required for spouse visa BUT you are advised better to submit it.
you have to submit property inspection report also.

She can not use the expired IELTS again. the only exception for using expired IELTS is to use it in the extension application (from within the UK) provided the same expired IELTS was used in earlier application made by the applicant.

so its advised to do the test again.
