No your entry in United Kingdom within 90 days grace time
it does not matter if someone enter in UK within 90 days of visa grant.

Yes you can apply in March 28 days before to complete 5 years on T 1 G

children can be registered as British on MN1 form even one of parent (father or mother) is settled/ILR
subject to if children are born in UK.

What would it be like in court? You should arrive at least 20-30 minutes before your hearing time. When you get to the centre for your appeal there will be a number of cases listed for hearing at the same time. why your ILR got rejected if you meet all requirement you only need to meet KOLL requirement in addition (LIUK +B1 Entry Level3)

Life in UK Test does not expire so you can do it now if you want hopefully it should not be problem and home office policy will remain same on Life in UK Test.

you don't need separate Set(M) form for your dependents you need to fill only Set(O) form and include their details on it. and your LIUT is still valid for ILR it does not expire.
