You may have missed something so go through the application again and see if you have checked all boxes, decalration etc. Have you paid the fee as well and did you receive an email with Case Id?

I would suggest that avoid the risk of using online form as it is still very new and not many people know how it works. Book a PSC appointment through the link I provided above and fill the paper form.
