Re: British Citizenship - New Online Application

HI, I have recently submitted my wife's application and I think the online application was quite smooth. You may have missed something so go through the application again and see if you have checked all boxes, decalration etc. Have you paid the fee as well and did you receive an email with Case Id?

Re: SET (M) filling online form , booking PSC appointment, Which date is considered Date of Application ?

We will not be applying for ILR until next year but this is an issue that really confuses me too! Can I ask if, when you abandoned the online application and booked the PSC appt from the link you provided, you were able to pay for the visa as well as the PSC appointment? And at what point you paid ...

Re: SET (M) filling online form , booking PSC appointment, Which date is considered Date of Application ?

I would suggest that avoid the risk of using online form as it is still very new and not many people know how it works. Book a PSC appointment through the link I provided above and fill the paper form.

Re: Successful PEO/PSC ILR applications

Cardiff PSC is very good. Parking is just a few seconds away on the east grove. Its an off-street paid parking and costs about 4.50 for 4 hours (max limit 5 hrs) I guess. If your appointment is on weekend then I am not sure how busy the parking will be but in my case, it was Saturday so there was l...

Re: SET(M) Section 8B: Maintenance

I think I got my answer.

8B is Not Applicable for us as on p.32 at the end it says proceed to 8C if you meet financial requirements.

However, I have another question.

Q: Page. 44 SEC:10 - Photos: Do we need to include 2x passport photos of our son? (who is British by birth).

We have to show co-hab for last 2.5 years. 1) Council Tax Bills JOINT names x3 (June 2016, Mar 2017, Mar 2018) issued ...
