Re: SET(M) Section 8B: Maintenance

I think I got my answer.

8B is Not Applicable for us as on p.32 at the end it says proceed to 8C if you meet financial requirements.

However, I have another question.

Q: Page. 44 SEC:10 - Photos: Do we need to include 2x passport photos of our son? (who is British by birth).

Re: SET(M) Section 8B: Maintenance

Hi I am applying for set m after competing 2 lots of FLR(M) - 5 years. My spouse meets the financial requirement through his employment. Do I need to fill the Section 8B: Maintenance (Page 33) section in? I have exact same question please. My wife is going to complete her 5 years in June 2018 and w...

Re: ILR - Premium service - No slots available for next 45 days! HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Guys, there is def some issue with the website. I encountered the same two weeks back when I wanted to book an appt at Solihul. I checked multiple times during the day/night and sat during early morning hours as well but Solihul and Croydon were fully booked. There were quite a few appts at Shefield...

Co-habitation docuements for 2.5 years SET(M)

Sorry I know this may have been asked before but I would really like someone to clarify if this should be enough to satisfy co-hab requirement for SET(M) ILR application of my wife. We have to show co-hab for last 2.5 years. 1) Council Tax Bills JOINT names x3 (June 2016, Mar 2017, Mar 2018) issued ...

I never thought about this but a quick search and I found below:

Seems like you will just need to apply for a replacement of your BRP once it is expired.

PSC appointment Help!

Hello everyone, I am trying to secure a PSC slot for my wife SET(M) application but almost all PSCs are showing no availability for next 45 days! As I live in South I'd prefer Solihull or Cardiff. I have been to Solihull before so I know where to go and where to park etc. so that would be first prio...

Re: SET (M) Form completion - Section 11

I am also filling SET(M) form on behalf of my wife these days as she will be applying soon and I would highly recommend filling the online form as it is much simpler and only asks you questions relevant to your application. The whole filled application is only 14 pages. https://visas-immigration.ser...

Re: Wife ILR (SET-M) Advice needed

'If you answered ‘Yes’ to question 2.4 and have completed question 2.5 and 2.6, proceed to question 2.10' It seems to me that according to the above that you do not have to answer 2.9 I am filling it online and in there you don't get exact all the questions which are in SET(M). Based on what we hav...

Re: Wife ILR and route to Citizenship

That is so weird. So a test which is not on the list is accepted for a Citizenship application but not for ILR? This doesn't make sense at all. Sorry I just visited today and read your replies. My wife already passed Trinity GESE 5 with Distinction last week. I have no idea why would HO not accept a...

I just want to add regarding "English Requirement".
My wife has passed ESOL PET B1 test from London and she has used this certificate when she made her entry clearance application so will that be accepted? I have read somewhere that they have introduced some new tests and a SELT reference number?

Hello all, It's been a while since I last visited this forum but I am sure someone would definitely help me. Before I get on with my queries and what form she would need for her "Leave to Remain" I would like to summarize our Immigration History: I was on HSMP/Tier-1 (PBS) from 2007 and my ILR was d...
