Hi, For ILR, does the main applicant have to re-do the English Language test again. I have done IELTS when I applied for Tier 1 General Visa. Re: Urgent: Driving offence & ILR

Hi A.Khan,

What if you get a speeding fine (Fixed Penalty Notice and 3 Points on Drivers License) send by Police.
In that case also do you need to wait 24 months to get it 'SPENT'?

Would appreciate your guidance.
Thanks

Re: Tier 1 General - Absence due to overseas business assign

Business Travel is not considered Exceptional Circumstances. Absences during 12 month period for past 5 years should be less than 180 days.
If you are not travelling anymore than probably you can get an extension and apply a bit later, if that works out.

Re: Tier 1 Extension - Help Needed

Hi Ade 76, If you meet the Points Criteria i.e. 100 Points then you can get an Extention. I assume that you came back to UK after long absence in Aug 2013. Therefore your ILR will be due in aug 2018. while granting of ILRs will be stopped in April 2018. I belive your concern is that 'Even if they gi...

Re: TIER 1 Extension - PEO Experience

Sandy4u,

Did you submitted your Qualification (educational degrees) and Proof of English Language Test?
Since these are same since my first Tier 1 application, i am thinking of not submitting these again. Hope that would be acceptable?

Re: Actually, a very bad news for Tier 1 general holders

HI,

Can someone please advise, if the requirement of 5 year continuous period is for main applicant or is it for dependents as well?
If it is for dependents, do we need to provide the same documentation for dependents such as letter from employer etc?

Would appreciate your help
Thanks

Hi Everyone, If we can make a summary statement showing date of exit and date of entry in UK and get it certified from the employer, would that serve the purpose. Making individual letters for all travels would be too hectic for everyone, ourselves, employer and UKBA case worker. I have about 8 trip...

Re: One Draft for £2700 instead of two(1800+900)?

i just applied on 31 July 2012. I am not sure what exactly is the requirement. My lawyer told me to make 2 drafts for £1800 and £900 and attach with the forms separately. At PEO they took both the drafts and gave me a single receipt for £2700. However the receipt mentions the break down. Main applic...

So you need to see the timings of the PEO and book accordingly. What i did was, i just searched for the appointment at different PEO, got an appointment in Belfa...
