Re: !!URGENT!! Date of application

when did you apply and pay online? I thought the date of application would be the date you attend your appointment as if you have purchased additional services like documents check etc would be pointless if UKVI have already started looking at the case. I applied and paid online few days back but a...

Re: Police Warning Driving AN

Just to update everyone. For the warning : I dialed 101 and spoke to the police. They have confirmed it wouldn't go on to my record unless I had failed the check like didn't have Insurance or MOT. Even then they would issue me something. This does not go on police record just because you are stopped...

Re: Police Warning Driving AN

He just gave a verbal warning, i.e. don't do it again? Did they type something into their system or write something down? There's nothing to go by - I think it's not an issue. If you are really worried write it up, but you are essentially writing down something from memory - I wouldn't bother. yes ...

Re: Employer letter for ILR - who should the letter be addressed to?

Dear board, I have a question regarding employer letter for ILR application. Does the letter need to specify full address of the service center to show who this letter is addressed to? Or, it can be addressed in generic way - mentioning - TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN? Or, something else? If we were...

Re: New ILR process, Time to decision

Hi Makky, Congratulations! It would be useful for those intending to pay for super priority service to form a decision time pattern if you could let us know when was the decision made and if there was any communication in between or if you have called UKVI before receiving the BRP? ** Update ** I r...

Re: New ILR process, Time to decision

I guess we have to keep in mind that even attending PSC appointments did not guarantee a same day decision. Well you'd know if they were to take more time. Annoying there has been no sort of communication at all. I was lucky that I had applied ILR same day otherwise cannot imagine how much stress w...
