It has been 11 days now. no results yet. i called UKVI and they said the case worker hasnt come up with the decision yet. but i thought the decision should be within 48 hours if you paid £3018. Thanks Zimba. Somehow our road traffic solicitor also thinks that it would be recorded on criminal record. We can't get premium appointment now. Will apply through post and once we get our outcome, il update you all. Thanks Instead apply through new Sopra steria system using 24 hours priority option

All of the above is correct but does not apply to you as you only need to declare somethig which leads to criminal offence Speed is NOT a criminal offence even if given in court Even though doing 37 in 20 zone is not good but it wont affect your ilr as it does not lead to criminal conviction Speed ...
