Re: Tier4-Tier2 complicated story, help plz.

If you have not received the curtailment letter, then u are fine for now. U can look for other jobs too.
If the sponsor application is rejected, they are better off applying again and sending the right documentation rather than appealing.

Re: ILR as PBS Dependant

she cant combine dependent and main application visas.
she doesnt need letter from employer
she needs to complete 5 years on dependent visa
she can stay on dependent visa even if u change to ilr, provided u obtain ilr on 5 years tier 2 basis and not ilr on 10 years long residence.

Re: ILR 10 year route falling short of 8 months

wrong perception. It works for people working on hourly basis too. hence some people get their visa rejected as well if the contract says 40 hours and pay is as per soc code, which pushes it down.

Re: ILR (Tier 2 route) - Driving licence address

dont think it will appear anywhere.
However, driving licence with wrong address and having a car, can be an offence. usually done to circumvent insurance.

Re: New COS delay. Tier 2 expires soon PLEASE HELP

no reason required. but like i said, it comes with a danger that u wont have appeal right if the visa is rejected PBS migrants no longer have any appeal rights. Only AR option which is obviously if HO made an error. No Section 3C protection at all as well. The OP really should apply before their le...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR - emplyment gap - Am I still eligible for ILR

If they issued you a P45 then likely it has been but not completed updated on HMRC. Could have been possible as OP last job was before the RTI submissions. I have had 2 casual jobs still on hmrc for 2 or 3 years, even though having p45, and even though not worked for them for 3 years. Each year ear...
