Re: New COS delay. Tier 2 expires soon PLEASE HELP

no reason required. but like i said, it comes with a danger that u wont have appeal right if the visa is rejected PBS migrants no longer have any appeal rights. Only AR option which is obviously if HO made an error. No Section 3C protection at all as well. The OP really should apply before their le...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR - emplyment gap - Am I still eligible for ILR

If they issued you a P45 then likely it has been but not completed updated on HMRC. Could have been possible as OP last job was before the RTI submissions. I have had 2 casual jobs still on hmrc for 2 or 3 years, even though having p45, and even though not worked for them for 3 years. Each year ear...

Re: SOC code 2135 - Appropriate Salary

there is nothing wrong with salary. Salary is enough. What you are not understanding is, its one part of points system, where is gives point for valid cos including salary etc. It doesnt mean your salary is not right when the heading of that point is salary. It can mean, there is something else wro...

when u apply for visa, and visa is rejected, and your last leave is still valid (like in your case), you do not get right to appeal

no such rule. you are eligible to apply 28 days before your 5th anniversary. you can apply anytime after that, doesnt matter when your visa is expiring

Re: ILR - Over 180 days away from UK

all you have to do is move the application date 60 days forward (assuming no holidays in next year, which u have, so it will be more than 60 days,. do some maths) .. in doing so, the last year absences will reduce to less than 180

Re: ILR - Over 180 days away from UK

have u read my reply? Of course u need a letter from employer - everyone does, regardless of number of holidays. what u need to know more importantly is, time your application. Your history written above is poor. You need to list down each year like i have, and list the total days out. omit the days...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR - emplyment gap - Am I still eligible for ILR

this is not uncommon. At times, the p45 notification to hmrc is not recorded, and the employer still continues. As long as it shows that there is no income from other employer, u should be fine.

if the original was colour copy and u photocopied it coloured, then both copies would have been coloured. No reason to feel that just cos its black, its not original.

there is no sponsorship letter required.
only a maintenance letter saying that employer can help accommodate your wife, for an amount of £630 up to 1 month, if required.

Re: ILR - Over 180 days away from UK

Your post is still confusing. You cant be out of uk for more than 180 days in one year. That one year is counted like below. Say if you apply for same day application on 10 Oct 2017. 10 Oct 2016-10 Oct 2017 - Year 1 10 Oct 2015-10 Oct 2016 - Year 2 10 Oct 2014-10 Oct 2015 - Year 3 10 Oct 2013-10 Oct...

Re: Tier 2 G - Change of Employer Premium Service

u cant make a blanket statement of same day visa applications not being decided on same day. There are much more applications being done than the cases u see on this forum. If i were u, apply for yourself only, then closer to dependent visa expiry, apply for their extension. If you get longer cos, t...

Re: New COS delay. Tier 2 expires soon PLEASE HELP

ask the employer to pay an extra £200 and get the cos quicker. You could apply 14 days after your visa expires, and that over stay will be disregarded. However, applying after your visa expires means u will not get appeal right if your visa is rejected. you MUST apply within uk.. if you leave uk, 12...
