Re: 2 traffic fixed penalties in last year - impact on ILR?

Thank you guys very much for your all replies. I'm much relieved. I also contacted UKBA for clarification. They read out the note in section 7.2 of SET O form, which confirms that FPN without going to the courts is not something they are looking for. The immigration advisor was talking nonsense. Su...

Re: Home Office Reference Number/BRP Reference Number

I am applying for SET (M). I am on a spouse visa currently (Wife is british). The SET (M) form asks for a Home Office Reference Number & BRP Reference Number. Where would I get this information? It also asks for my Wife's Home Office number. But she is a British citizen by birth. She says that she ...

I have ILR and My wife is going to apply for ILR on SET (M) as she has switched under FLR (M). We have children under 18 but they all are British Nationals and have British passports. I am confused as if we need to mention our children in this section as they are not applying as dependents. The par...

Re: 2 traffic fixed penalties in last year - impact on ILR?

I've got 1 speeding ticket, for which I got 3 points and 60 pounds penalty, and 1 ticket for using bus lane, for which I got 60 pounds penalty. The second ticket is from TfL not the police. Both tickets are received in the past 12 months from the date I apply for ILR. I was told by an immigration a...

Hi Please never speak to lawyers who don't have a clue about basic things. First of all Bus lane fine is not FPN. So it's not an offence. Yes speeding Fine is FPN but in current form of ILR they have not asked applicant to even mention FPN. I had my application approved on same day on 27th March 20...

Re: SET M Questions

For Child Benefit and Tax credits just write the monthly figure in the relevant boxes under partner and write pcm next to the figures and they will know it is per calendar month. Yes write it in partner working in the UK, I assuming she/he is. Change the monthly wage as it's only reprinting a page ...

Re: SET M Questions

Multiplying by 52 and dividing by 12 makes the weekly figure a monthly one to be put with your other monthly income and then added to give the total income. Put your benefit income in the benefit boxes under partner. So my calculating should be like this My wife earns 112.50 in a week x 52 = 5850 /...
