Re: Mn1 registration from abroad

I tried registering it again and the closest category is settlement of child which is more like ILR And the form does not ask anything like MN1 form questions like character requirements or references etc So that is casting the biggest doubt that it is something else Because in MN1 registration on g...

Re: Mn1 registration from abroad

Yes they do take applications for Passport but not for British Citizenship registration or atleast this is what I gathered from their website

If there is someone who has actually done it himself I think he could have given first hand information but it seems like no one has done it before

Re: Mn1 registration from abroad

This email address is even worse as it sends back some FAQs and their generic answers which are available online already and are of least help
And the email says that no other response will be given

Re: Mn1 registration from abroad

Thanks for the reply
But I saw that link and went to vfsglobal website. There is no option I can select to register as BC. I tried different options
Can you please guide me as to which options to choose to get on to the right form?

Mn1 registration from abroad

Hi
I have applied for my ILR based on tier 1 entrepreneur

I have two children who are eligible to be registered as British citizens after I receive my ilr. My question is can I apply their registration as BC from Pakistan? If so then what is the process as I can’t find any link or details online

Re: IP blocked

It has nothing to do with your network or anything. It happened with me as well many a times and I wrote to admins many times but no one bothered to reply So the easy and quick solution is turn off phone on to airplane mode so that your data connection is stopped and your wifi is disconnected, and t...

Re: Baby is coming earlier then thought

I Do not havw any infor about your query but one thing to bring into your information is that if your child is born before you get ilr, in your case just 2/3 days before your get ilr, then you will have to pay an extra £1000ish something to register him/her as BC whereas if your child is born after ...

Can u also check if you are reading the date correctly as a date written as 9/5 might be read by one as 9th May while the other as 5th September due to different format

Re: Employee Requirements after extension

You will become eligible 28 days before 10/3/2019

Since he is pre April 2014, transitional arrangements do apply on him and hence needs equivalent 2 FT jobs but they CAN last less than 12 months each

I think if you apply before 13 April 2019, you can use employee of 1 year of waiting time period

Re: Keep extending spouse visa instead of ILR

I have done it myself. I varied my application 5 years ago before the decision and they senr me the original fee back as a cheque So i ended up paying the difference only But one thing that you need to check is that whether they will return the money as a cheque to you or your company? It would be y...

Re: ILR in June 2018 - Few questions

For a child born outside UK they can get ILr when both parents have ilr. Since your husband already holds ilr so when you apply for your ilr you can apply for your child as well at the same time

With the accommodation for dependant they are not strict at all. So you do not have to worrymuch about that
But make sure you add all the relevant documents with her application
