Re: Employee Requirements after extension

You will become eligible 28 days before 10/3/2019

Since he is pre April 2014, transitional arrangements do apply on him and hence needs equivalent 2 FT jobs but they CAN last less than 12 months each

I think if you apply before 13 April 2019, you can use employee of 1 year of waiting time period

It would be y...

EThis is the same argument I was having someone on this forum in another topic that HO is interested in the number of hours WORKED not in the number of hours PAID So even if you paid for SMP but dhe never worked those hours so they wont be counted. I still think this to be the logic Moreover when sh...

For a child born outside UK they can get ILr when both parents have ilr. Since your husband already holds ilr so when you apply for your ilr you can apply for your child as well at the same time

With the accommodation for dependant they are not strict at all. So you do not have to worrymuch about that
But make sure you add all the relevant documents with her application

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur to ILR

As far as I am aware, Indian nationals HAVE to register with police even if not asked by home office as it is part of visa guidance. So when you apply you agree that I will register with police once I get visa so they don’t have to remind this to you

Re: Penalty charge notice

NO
Pcn should not be mentioned anywhere in application at all
Even fpn’s are not mentioned in application unless they lead to criminal conviction

Re: Penalty charge notice

NORMally a PCN is not an issue but if it leads to enforcement for collection of fine, then It might be an issue
But if he received only 1 in 12 months perceeding the application then I dont think so it will be much of an issue especially when it is not going to be a recent one

Re: Tier1 Ent 5 yrs route to ILR Employment hours

Any hours below 130/ months will be counted as 60 (part time) and anything above 130/month will be counted as 130 only (full time)

So based on this, you only have 6 months of full time employment and 6 months of part time employment

Yes I have read his post but did you read what I wrote?

Going to court for anything does not mean criminal conviction at all

Going to court for CRIMINAL offence is criminal conviction which should be declared

Re: ILR - Fixed Penalty Point for speeding

If you search for list of criminal offences, you will find the motoring offences which lead to criminal convictions are few including RTA and speeding is not one of them

Moreover if you search the forum you will find many people getting ilr with speeding in recent times
