Re: Advice on filling form AN for naturalisation

Sure ... I agree with all this My point is... when CR001 said "HO will Surely check you were not in breach of your student visa working more than 20 hours." ... I said " do you have any evidence that they will check on every application ??"... that is all If you guys have any evidence or if you come...

Re: Advice on filling form AN for naturalisation

Yeah I followed that thread Noajthan... but the check (working more than 20hrs) wasn't done as a part of the Naturalisation application... It came to light because of the previous rejection ... May be I should have been clearer in my question is there a case where people got rejected due to working ...

Re: Advice on filling form AN for naturalisation

They check your full history, immigration and others, it is not just about tax evasion. There have been refusals due to people working more than they were allowed to. If you do not provide accurate details and they check, then you are 'deceiving' HO and with holding information. If you provide all ...

Questions in AN Form: 1.50 - Employment history in UK during past 10 years I arrived in UK 10/2004 but completed my studies first and then started working full time on work permits. Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Pro

I think that 21 days is a standard saying, but different councils deal things differently Some book the appointment and the write to you saying attend on this day and if can't please let us know(I have seen this with one of my friend) And most of them will ask you to call them and book an appointmen...

Re: Mistake on Naturalisation form - please help

I personally wouldn't think writing Manchester or Leeds (in your case) would make a big difference to your application. If they run a quick check they might realise that you landed in Manchester instead of Leeds.. About the PAYE number... As long as you haven't had any issues with HMRC (tax) ... in ...

Re: Naturalisation application processing timelines (only)

I think it should be fine. I think you have applied through the NCS and They checked the docs before posting the application. So, the case worker will rely on the docs And because you made your application in August, I think its just away from the corner. Did you gave you biometrics already???? If y...
