hi, i rang HO today again asking about my application progress but they didnot tell me anything and i have to wait. then i asked for complaint email address: it is ukbacustomercomplaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

what do they mean by "the application has not been completed", KNOWING THAT the COA states that the application should take up to 6 months?? i dnt understand this logic.
